Evaluation of support for the Vietnam urban transport sector (FY2013)

In Vietnam, making rapid economic growth, Japan has been providing yen-loan-financed projects for strengthening the capacity of urban transportation networks, operational and maintenance capacity, along with technical assistance for planning.
This evaluation is based on four viewpoints (1)Relevance of the policy , (2) Effectiveness of results, (3) Appropriateness of processes, (4) Perspective of diplomacy), and the objective is to obtain future suggestions for supporting the sector.
Although there were many projects underway, we evaluated that they would contribute to the socio-economic development of Vietnam.
