We examined JICA's policy on the introduction of BIM/CIM in ODA projects.
In order to examine how to apply BIM/CIM to ODA projects based on Japan's knowledge of specific BIM/CIM methodologies, information was collected and studied in Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, the Philippines and Indonesia, and the benefits and challenges of introducing BIM/CIM to ODA projects were identified, and a draft introduction plan was finally formulated and a draft handbook containing information necessary for JICA staff in practice.
