Outline:

In Kinshasa, the dysfunctional urban transport system is a bottleneck for economic and social activities, and many people do not have access to safe and affordable means of transport, among other challenges. To address these issues, the city provided support for the formulation of an urban transport master plan in 2018. In this project, technical cooperation is provided for the implementation and implementation of urban transport policies based on the formulated master plan.
